Hello my name is Nicolas and I have been in the fitness world for over 10 years. I began personal training in 2023 but my love for fitness comes from a back injury I suffered in High School. Keeping a strong/healthy body has been a goal of mine ever since. I am currently majoring in Psychology to be a sports therapist in order to further my ability to help those who want a healthy mentality in life. I am eager to support anyone looking to build a program/routine for weight loss or building muscle. I also love the challenge of helping clients who feel like they've done it all but aren't progressing; this is true for both experienced lifters and athletes looking to target or further strengthen specific areas as well as for beginners.
