My name is Kyle Black, and I bring over 25 years of experience as a trainer and lifelong athlete. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I played Division I football at the University of Missouri (Mizzou) and went on to compete professionally for four years in Arena Football. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Alabama State University.
As a trainer, I specialize in sport-specific training, functional training, and weight loss, helping clients of all ages and backgrounds reach their full potential. Over the years, I’ve worked with athletes, teams, and everyday individuals through strength and conditioning programs, speed and agility camps, boot camps, small group training, and one-on-one coaching. From kids to older adults, my mission is always the same: to inspire, impact, and create lasting change.
My philosophy is simple: #ShowUp. Showing up is the first and most important step toward achieving greatness—whether on the field, in the gym, or in life.
