Hey, I’m Clay Flippen. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade, but my journey didn’t start in a gym—it started when I was 80 pounds heavier, out of shape, self-conscious, and lacking the confidence to make a change. Like many people, I was stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits, overindulging in food, and feeling defeated.

Everything changed when I had a moment of clarity—an epiphany that pushed me to take control of my life. Through consistency, structure, and a whole lot of grit, I dropped 90 pounds in a year. That transformation didn’t just change my body—it changed every aspect of my life.

That experience lit a fire in me to help others do the same. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people gain muscle, lose fat, and reclaim their health and confidence. I’ve worked with countless clients of all backgrounds, especially those who are just starting out, feeling overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin.
