As a personal trainer and activity therapist, I specialize in helping clients transform their physical and mental well-being through movement. Over the years, I’ve guided individuals through life-changing fitness journeys—helping many lose 70–90 pounds, rebuild strength following surgeries or injuries, and restore confidence in how they move and feel.
In addition to my work at EVO, I serve at Medical City, where I work with both children and adults to develop coping skills for depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Through recreational therapy, exercise, and adaptive activities, I help patients build resilience, self-awareness, and healthier outlets for stress.
