I didn’t rely on shortcuts or extremes. Through disciplined training, sustainable nutrition, and consistent habits, I rebuilt my body and my health the right way. That journey taught me more than any textbook ever could: how overwhelming it feels to start, how to push through setbacks, and how powerful long-term consistency really is.
